• Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

UK Shipping

• We currently ship across the UK using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail / Evri / DPD

• Standard delivery: 3–4 business days after dispatch.

• Express delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to selected countries, including United states and Canada

• Delivery times vary by country and courier, usually 7–14 business days.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• Use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

• Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, or events outside our control.

• We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier, but we will always support you in tracking your order.

• If your order has not been delivered after 7 business days or you receive a damage item, please us at service@aurastrands.com with your order number.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Parcels

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout.

• We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
