Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

A: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public/bank holiday) UK orders usually arrive within 1-4 working days after dispatched, depending on your location.

Q: DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A: Not at the moment, we currently ship within UK ONLY. However, international shipping will be available soon

Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your parcel in real time.

Q: CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

A: Please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

RETURN & REFUND

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: Due to hygiene reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS once the hair has been opened or used. However, if you receive the WRONG OR DAMAGED item, please contact us within 7days of delivery so we can make it right.

Q: HOW DO I REQUEST FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE ?

A: Send us an email at service@aurastrands.com with your order number, picture of the item and a description. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
